Zoning out isn't hard to do

"Hypnosis" is actually a misnomer. We are not asleep when we are in a trance state, quite the opposite. Although the body is relaxed, the mind experiences heightened awareness. We encounter the hypnotic state as we approach real sleep, and as we return to our wakened state. In that "twilight zone," we often have insights, as memories are pulled from deep within our subconscious.

Everyone experiences trance states frequently through the day. Long drives during which we lose track of time and where we are; movies that involve our emotions so strongly that we experience the events as though we are the characters; creative daydreams that rescue us from boring business meetings, are a few common examples.

Although trance states occur naturally, few us know how to optimize these experiences to help us accomplish our goals or to overcome fears or solve problems that negative memories cause us.

As a trained and certified hypnotist, my goal is to help you help yourself by teaching you how to access your subconscious and bring it into alignment with your conscious desires. You will find it a joyful journey to explore the mysteries of your mind!
